Ok, last night I finally went out to celebrate the end of finals as Tyler and Wadena also finished their finals. Now tyler claimed he wasn't drinking that much, however in the time I worked on one pint of Kilkenny he worked on 3 pints of Guinness. He then stole my camera and went crazy, so not like 10 pictures later no 130! pictures later the battery was dying. I've thrown most of the pictures up on this site
  • Beatty's Picutres
  • . Beatty has also put pictures up on his own MSN picture photo place with awesome captions so if you can go find that and look at the pictures from Beatty's point of view. I'll posted some of the better ones (by better i mean crazy). But earlier in the day Chris, Tim (Timmy), and Andrew (Andy), and I all went mountain biking, followed by a Beer at Louis' then for Supper at Wadena's It was an awesome day that I would love to repeat.

Now BIG NEWS. The Jetta, the car that I love and will never let die, got fixed. There are still a few bugs that I need to fix as the Fan never turns on. So I'm going to get to work on getting it all working before I head out to Slave Lake. So the engine is working all good now and got some new tyres (British Spelling of Tires). So I've got pics of the car and my backyard as it has gotten some major work done on it as that's what I've been doing during the day this week along with biking with da boys.

So here are the many many pictures of the past two days in chronological Order.

    I'm Done!!!!!!!!

I'm Done with my finals now. So it's now no longer up to me but the people marking my exams. I can't do anything about that either. I'm now getting ready for a bike ride out with Nathan.

I'm now just for some odd reason pumping a song through my speakers that Dirk directed me too. Now it's because it's fun to sing along to and not what the song is about. Cause I'm not giving up, I'm done!

    Spring is here!

Well I can now say it's spring because i've been out biking. After writing 3 finals in 3 days it was nice to have a stress free afternoon and just have the opportunity to clean out the car a bit, work on the bike, work on the house. Mostly I was just happy to work on the bike, It's been way too long since I've been biking. Driving to school is nice. But when I can bike there just as fast 14 minutes being me record i think, it does make you feel lazy sometimes. I've also come to realize that my but hurts a little bit now from sitting on the seat so long. I took a bunch of pictures of my journey for kicks and why not just put them all up? I like fact that within about 500 meters I was already covered in mud. So in 3 more days I will be done this school year. Then after a month of nothing to do (not really, I'll be put to work) I'm off to tree planting. So I'm going to get back to watching some Mr. and Mrs. Smith while the pictures upload. Good luck on your finasl to those of you writing them. Also!! VERY IMPORTANT: I'm wondering who wrote "Let's go Clubbing" on my Golf Crawl shirt? I wish I could frame it.

Bike Primed and Ready to go! Notice the sexy Shorts!

Now it's not easy but there is a trail through there that I followed.

    Mud

The old park across from River Heights, Awesome lake to bike through, feet got soaked.

    Karen's Car, Muddy as always

    Love

I'm getting my blog on as I wait for the West Wing to start I have had a few realizations this week.

Love - What is love? (Baby don't hurt me)

Now This isn't going to go where you might think. I've been thinking of love for objects. Now some of you might say it's impossible to love objects but I disagree. What started this all is when this morning when I sat down in my car and started it up, heard the sound of the engine, then looked at the fuel gage and Trip distance. Now I just had to stare at it for a minuet. Distance of 300.8 kilometers on the dial and fuel gage pointing to about 2/3's of a tank. Now that is awesome, but it made me think about how much I love that car. I really would say that I love it. Now i don't know why and I can't explain it. Now there are a few other things I would say i love too. My skis (Although that could be because they facilitate my love of skiing). And I might say I like my computer, but then again I intend to buy a new one this fall once I have the money to get a MacBook Pro. So I believe there is love for objects and what drives it to me is unknown, but I'm going to throw out a guess and say consumption.

    Now to my next revelation.

I'm old. Now how did I realize this. Well today driving home I was driving next to who else but Andrew K. Actually I'm fine. he appeared to be driving quite defensively. Ohh Well. I can't do anything but age.

    Later all.

    Ben David Made my day!

    Cool Features and Descisions

This is a very Serious and thoughtful post (I hope). But first I have a cool feature to show you all. I was shown this cool feature the other day while studying at school. For all of you with a mac try hitting these keys all at once, Ctrl-Option-Apple-8. It give you the negative image of what the image really is. So normally this window is actually While, but right now it appears to be Black. My Yellow background is now blue also, So it's really cool and fun to type with as it's way easier to look at a black screen with white type, than a white screen with black type, because when you are looking at a screen you are really looking at a light-bulb (Hence the colour scheme of this blog). So that's my Geekout.

Now on the the rest. I'm really suck in a bad place right now I think. I don't want to elaborate into this too much because I think that some things are best untyped for all to read, so if you want more information just send me an email and I'll elaborate. I'm at a point where I have gotten myself into what would normally be a good position; however, I am going to be working in and around Slave Lake this summer and no time to really start any time of serious relationship. I also don't want to just start one to have it end. Then again I am no expert in this area and although it's still my last decision, I would like any input you might have to help me. Because right now I'm putting all of my brain power to studying for my 4 finals next week. So I ask you, readers of this blog, I want your advice for what I should do. And if you aren't aware of what's going on, then send me an email and I'll let you know.

    Picture Time

Well I realize that it has been a while that I haven't had any pictures up on this thing! I was recently going through my Usask email box because it somehow was full with only 3 mb of storage left. I realized that I didn't ever save some pictures that Greg Patterson sent me from way back in 2005! So here are some pics from Ultimate pics.

I am aware how goofy I look wearing this outfit but it's practical. You get the warmth of wearing tights while also the freedom of wearing shorts. It's all good.

Ohh yeah Free Beer was a while back and I had the video thiggie but not real pictures. The rest are up on the SESS gallery (Which I no longer am in charge of!) it's at sess.usask.ca/coppermine

That's all for now cause it's back to studying for me!

    Scrubs and Me

Ok. I have some helpful advice for those of you who may have wondered at some point of how my brain works. If you have ever seen the show scrubs. My brain works the exact same way as JD. Now most of you might say yours works like that; however, while recently watching an episode, what was going through his head was Exactly the same just about word for word as what went though my head the past two weekends. I'll have the transcript of it later but I was freaking out when i watched it. It was scary at listening to your own thoughts but going through another persons head.

I'll get the transcript up soon.
