Back and Busy

So I've been back for a week and one of the thigns I've been doing is sorting old pictures and trying to guess the date of them. I came accross this gem and decided to focus in on 2 people. I'm pretty sure I'm on the right (although i have no recollection of those shoes). But can anybody guess who it is on the left? Who ever get's it right will get some oxygen free of charge.
